Daniel has been investing in real estate since 2015. He owns and manages a small portfolio of over 20 units and has overseen construction projects from foundation repairs to complete remodels after a fire. His guilty pleasure is browsing the MLS late at night, searching for deals and dream homes.
Prior to real estate, Daniel ran a small tutoring company and taught at various colleges, universities and at a school serving low-income and immigrant children. He studied chemical engineering and went to graduate school for business.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys the outdoors with his partner and his dog, climbing, camping, and hiking. They often host potlucks and enjoy building their community as much as possible.
